Keto organizma te cilat ne menyre administrative kaluan nen kompetencat eksplicite te Ministrise se Mbrojtjes, ishin berthama e krijimit te Klubit Sportiv Partizani.<br>Me kalimin e kohes, ne kete klub u afruan dhe sportiste me nivel te cilet kishin lindur ne klubet e tjera sportive nga mbare vendi dhe qe perqafuan alternativen e re per tu bere pjese e klubit te kuq, Klubit Sportiv Partizani, i cili per nje kohe te shkurter u be klubi me i madh dhe me i fuqishem shumesportiv ne Shqiperi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Takimi i pare zyrtar i Klubit Sportiv Partizanit u luajt nga ekipi i futbollit, klubi i pare ne familien shumesportive qe lindi, me 7 prill 1946. Takimi u luajt kunder \u201c17 Nentorit\u201d te Tiranes dhe Partizani fitoi me rezultatin 2-0, cka shenon rezultatin e pare pozitiv te historise se klubit.
